By adding more detail to the drawings issued to council along with a ‘Scope of Works’ (written document of work to be carried out) we can issue a set of tender documents to various contractors.This will give us a variety of prices and timelines from those contractors so that you can see where your budget is being spent. This means that you are in control of the process and can choose the contractor you want for your project. We then project manage that contractor on site to ensure that quality control, budget and timescales are maintained.
